We are looking for a Director who will be responsible for developing and guiding the strategic vision of ATJLF through managing the internal and external processes that seek to enhance the objectives of the organisation. The incumbent will oversee the submission of budgets and ensure the quality and accuracy of quarterly financial reports to the Board and be the primary spokesperson for the organisation across the African continent. The Director will oversee the implementation of ATJLF’s policies intended to protect and promote the image and reputation of the organisation. He/she will develop and implement sustainable funding models; lead high-level networking initiatives; as well as represent the ATJLF through participation in key events.
