In this report, Emmanuel Ayoola makes a case for transitional justice by assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the African Human Rights System in dealing with protracted and massive human rights violation.  The author writes that transitional justice can be instrumental in bridging the gaps of the purely legal human rights framework.
