Bright is a Human Resource Management Professional. His academic and professional interests include people management, mentoring and leadership development. With over twelve years’ experience in HR generalist affairs spanning across industries like construction, manufacturing, human capital services, banking, and telecommunications, he has a strong and varied experience in recruitment, staff development and retention, organizational development, HR Audits, HR policy development and legal compliance.
With a Bachelor’s degree and a Higher National Diploma in Marketing, Bright has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology - Ghana as well as two Executive Mini-MBA in Human Resource Management and Project Management from the Accra Business School.
He brings on board the versatility and skill set needed to transform the Human Resource and Administration function from its traditional setting to a more strategic level that ensures the enhancing of human capital within non-profits. At his best when working on people-based tasks, Bright is a creative thinker and believes that self-discovery and scalable transformation are essential for growth.
