Michael brings a wealth of experience in social development, having collaborated with various NGOs in Ghana. His key associations include Rural Media Network (RUMNET), Behasun Integrated Development Organisation (BIDO), and Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom (WILPF), where he managed projects funded by USAID, WORLD VISION, and UNICEF.
His research expertise is evident in his papers on poverty reduction in Northern Ghana and the impact of government policies on women in the Tamale Municipality, with a focus on socio-cultural factors like witchcraft accusations and patriarchal systems.
Michael also has a background in fintech, serving as a Project Officer for TEKSOL Ltd, a leading company in Ghana and Cameroon. He holds a BA in Sociology and English from the University of Ghana Legon, a French Language certificate from L’Université Catholique de Lyon, France, and both a BA and a Master's in Anthropology from L’Université Lumière Lyon II, France.
